Holiday Shipping Timing – What You Need To Know

You may have seen in the news that online shopping is expected to reach record highs this holiday season due to COVID-19. As a result, shipping carriers will experience larger-than-usual volume this holiday season.  The increased volume may potentially lead to carrier shipping delays, which could result in customers receiving packages later than expected.  

As a valued customer, we want to share this information with you as early as possible so that you can make informed holiday shopping decisions.  We encourage you to shop early this holiday season to ensure that you and your loved ones receive their gifts on time.

While we can’t control the carriers, we are doing our best to control what we can in order to give you and your family the best shopping experience possible this holiday season.  You’ll find a list of the actions we are taking to improve holiday shopping and associated shipping logistics below.  


  1. Messaging – In addition to this web page, we will have Holiday Shipping messages listed on the site and within certain marketing emails to serve as a friendly reminder of the challenges shipping carriers are facing this holiday season.
  2. Extending Returns & Exchanges – While our Return Policy is 60-Days for non-sale items, any purchases made this Holiday season between November 1, 2020 and December 25, 2020 will be eligible for a full refund or exchange for 90 days after the purchase date.  The intention is so that you can shop with confidence for gifts this season, knowing that there will be more than enough time for returns if needed.
  3. Shipping Cutoff Communication – If volume impacts our shipping carriers, shipping cutoff dates could change. We are committed to communicating this information with you as soon as we are made aware. Please find our current shipping cutoffs below to receive your order by December 24th, 2020:
      1. Embroidered Products: 12/10/2020 at 11:59pm EST
      2. Standard Shipping: 12/14/2020 at 11:59pm EST
      3. Overnight Shipping: 12/21/2020 at 11:59pm EST
  4. Encourage You to Shop Early – While we will do our best to communicate expected arrival dates and shipping cutoffs with you, there is no way to accurately predict the impact COVID-19 will have on shipping carriers. The best way to guarantee that you receive your package by Christmas is to shop as far ahead as possible.
