Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email. Return shipping fees are not refunded and are the expense of the customer.
All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Once your email has been reviewed, a Return Authorization # and instructions on where to return the item will be emailed to you. Please include the Return Authorization # on the outside of the package being returned to speed up the process.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
