I love the bag but the strap should be a little thinner in width and the hooks for it should be in the middle of the sides of the bag instead of opposite corners. I used a gift card and may have returned this if I paid $425.00 out of pocket. Really need to show this on the website with full photos of a woman carrying the bag so we can get a better idea of size.
