Disappointed with customer service options
I purchased these shoes in an 11. They are misfitting and are too narrow in the toes. I have a normal foot and have no problem with other shoes. I know these are a sale item but I would have liked to have been able to contact customer service to see if I could exchange for an 11.5. Seems reasonable to make it work out.

Nice but not great
The actual look upon wearing it wasn't as nice as shown in the ad pictures. If I had to compare it with its competitor Lindberg, this shoe wasn't as nice looking.
